Abderrahim Khairi joins our team as Senior Association Coordinator

We’re excited to welcome Abderrahim Khairi to the Exempla team!

Abderrahim brings over a decade of experience in membership strategy, recruitment, engagement, and management, and will be providing tailored support to association members and chapters. Working closely with our clients’ HQ team, he’ll play a key role in strengthening member and volunteer engagement.

But there’s more to Abderrahim than his professional expertise — he’s also a specialty coffee aficionado. From bean to brew, he carefully crafts each cup with precision and care — and that’s exactly how he approaches his work. For Abderrahim, association coordination is all about the process: every step, and every person, truly matters.
