IGI Conference 2026 Brings Global Wallcoverings Industry Together in Valencia

From 20–23 April 2026, members of IGI – The Global Wallcoverings Association gathered in Valencia for the latest IGI Conference, bringing together Spanish, European and international professionals from across the wallcoverings industry.

The four-day event combined interactive presentations, audience Q&A sessions, an exhibition area featuring associate members, and numerous networking opportunities designed to encourage collaboration and knowledge-sharing throughout the sector.

Among the highlights of the conference was a keynote presentation by Carlos Cantu, who explored the growing impact of artificial intelligence on society and the industry. Attendees also gained valuable perspectives during a sustainability panel discussion, where industry professionals shared insights and best practices on the future of sustainable wallcoverings.

Exempla was proud to contribute to the event, with Exempla’s Doreen Loeber serving as part of the organising team once again. Her involvement contributed to the successful coordination of another engaging and internationally connected IGI conference.

The annual IGI conference continues to provide an important platform for innovation, dialogue and partnership within the global wallcoverings community.
