Judging the ESAE European Association Award for Impact

The ESAE – European Society of Association Executives’ European Association Awards honour inspiring projects and the dedicated professionals behind them who usually stay out of the spotlight. Their purpose is to highlight best practices and spread knowledge exchange within the community.

This year, Colm Clarke had the honour of being part of the judging panel for the Impact award which focused on initiatives that demonstrated the overarching vision and values of an Association and went beyond its day-to-day operations.

At the ESAE awards ceremony on 26 March, Impact award was presented to ECTAA – European Travel Agents and Tour Operators Association for their Holiday Camps for Ukrainian Children in Europe.

Colm commented, “Reviewing the applications has been inspiring! It is always impressive just how much associations can achieve with limited resources when they can harness the collective power of visionary volunteer leaders and creative staff teams.”
