Exempla Delivers Another Successful ASIS Europe Conference in Antwerp

The Exempla team has returned from Antwerp after successfully delivering another edition of ASIS Europe – From Risk to Resilience, one of Europe’s leading events for security and risk management professionals.
For the second consecutive year, the event welcomed more than 1,000 registered participants from across Europe and around the world. The programme featured more than 50 sessions across five thematic tracks, alongside an exhibition area with over 50 exhibitors and sponsors. A variety of session formats and networking activities created opportunities for both knowledge-sharing and meaningful professional connections.
As the event management partner, Exempla was responsible for the full management of the conference, including the development of the business model, content and programme design, sponsor and exhibitor management, delegate experience and onsite delivery.
Hosted in Elisabeth Center Antwerp, the conference experience was also designed to showcase the destination and Belgian hospitality to international attendees. Participants enjoyed opportunities to discover local food and drinks, as well as a memorable off-site dinner hosted at the historic Handelsbeurs Antwerpen.
The success of the event was the result of a strong collaborative effort involving partners, volunteers, speakers and suppliers across the ASIS community.
Special recognition goes to conference co-chairs Inge Huijbrechts and Lee Pokorski, whose dedication and commitment to quality helped shape another high-level programme.
Exempla also extends its appreciation to the subject matter experts and ASIS community members who contributed their expertise and embraced innovative session formats to create a dynamic learning experience.
The event benefited from close collaboration with the onsite ASIS International HQ team, as well as the support of numerous extended team members and local partners who helped ensure smooth onsite delivery.
Finally, Exempla would like to thank the teams at Elisabeth Center Antwerp, Antwerp Convention Bureau and all supporting suppliers for their flexibility, professionalism and tireless efforts throughout the event.
ASIS Europe continues to demonstrate the value of in-person events in fostering dialogue, collaboration and human connection in an increasingly digital world.
